WEAVING
Our in-house Weaving has the capacity to produce more than half a million meters per month. Looms of all widths, 110″, 130″, 143″ and 153″ produce fabrics with strict quality control. All Sulzers are later P7100 models capable of producing Sheeting, Muslin, Ducks, Percale, Twills and Sateen fabrics. We also outsource Air jet loom production when required.
All greige fabrics are thoroughly inspected and graded for further processing. Strict quality control ensures that no substandard fabrics are passed on to customer or for further processing. Special teams are in place to expertly pluck foreign fibers to guarantee least amount of contamination.
Packing depart has the required equipment to Roll pack, Bale pack or deliver goods in Palletized form.

State of the art processing plants are used to Bleach, Dye and Print fabrics. The plants are equipped with both narrow and wider width equipment to process fabric from 150cm to 305cm.

In-house modern stitching unit has capability to produce Sheet sets, Duvet Sets, Curtains, Patient Gowns, Aprons, Kitchen & Table Linen etc. We have well equipped units with latest machines of cutting, stitching, embroidery, grading & packing.
